They seem pretty genuine to me. I got a Tangzhuang for my dad, and the quality and design felt really traditional, not cheap knock-off stuff. They say it's all about traditional crafts on their site.

I returned a kimono that didn't fit right. It wasn't too bad, just make sure you follow their instructions on the website for returns. Had to pay for shipping back to them I think, but got my refund no problem.

Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month with a statue that arrived slightly damaged. They sorted it out pretty quickly.

From my experience with their robes, they tend to run a bit small. I'd definitely check their size chart and maybe even consider going one size up just to be safe. It's usually better to be a little loose than too tight with those kinds of dresses.

Yeah, what the other person said. I got a jacket from them, and it was pretty snug. I'm usually a medium, but a large would've been more comfortable. Always check the measurements they provide.
